|Recommended: YesDishwasher Replacement — Jorge was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was prepared with proper tools. He completed task in about an hour while instructing other staff in other locations about their tasks schedule.
Only downside was color of new appliance, it is white all others are stainless steel. No reflection on Jorge or his helper

|Recommended: YesSmooth Move In — Move-in and moving units have been smooth and very stress-free. Maintenance is usually done the same day or the next day. The apartments are up to date and look great. Definitely good for first time apartment renters.
